Accessing Your Capture

How You Will Receive Your Tonex Capture

Once your payment is successfully processed (e.g., via credit card, PayPal, etc.), you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a download link for your purchase. The download link will also be displayed on the Thank You page after checkout.

How to Access Captures Via Quad Cortex

Step 1: Provide Your Cortex Cloud User ID

  1. During checkout on the seller's website, enter your Cortex Cloud user ID in the designated field.

  2. Double-check that the user ID is accurate to avoid delays.

Step 2: Follow Sonic Canyon Sounds on Cortex Cloud

  1. Log in to your Cortex Cloud account via the Quad Cortex app or website.

  2. Search for our Cortex Cloud user ID: SonicCanyonSounds.

  3. Click the "Follow" button to send us a follow request.

Step 3: Wait for Friend Status

  1. Once we receive your follow request, we will follow you back.

  2. When both parties are following each other, your status will update to "Friend" on Cortex Cloud.

Step 4: Capture Delivery

  1. After becoming "Friends," we will manually share your purchased captures with you on Cortex Cloud.

  2. This process typically takes less than 24 hours, but please allow for potential delays due to time zones or other factors.

Step 5: Access Your Captures

  1. Log in to your Cortex Cloud account on your Quad Cortex device.

  2. Go to your profile and navigate to the "Captures" section.

  3. You will see the shared captures from Sonic Canyon Sounds in your library, ready for download.

Step 6: Download and Use the Captures

  1. Select the capture you want to download and follow the on-screen instructions to save it to your device.

  2. Add the capture to your signal chain and enjoy your new tone!
